Processing Time

While most orders begin the shipping process within 24-72 hours. Shipping occurs once payment is approved, the address is verified, and your order is prepared. You will be notified if an product is out of stock.

 

Order Tracking

Packages shipped within the United States via USPS, UPS or FEDEX can be tracked online via the USPS Website, UPS Website or FEDEX Website.

If your package does not arrive within the maximum estimated time frame, please contact us, will be more than welcome to help you go tru all the process and get the best satisfaction .

Credit & Debit Cards

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard & Discover.

 

Your credit card is pre-authorized when the order is placed and charged at the time your order ships.  We do not store your credit card information. We use Authorize.net for our merchant services.  They validate your credit card information and return an authorization code and the last 4 digits of your credit card to us - we never see your credit card information. You can click on the Authorize.net seal at any time to verify our relationship with Authorize.net.

 

Our website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security. You can click on the Volusion SSL logo on our pages at any time to verify our SSL status.

 

Most banks outside of North America do not support cardholder address verification (AVS), so we cannot accept credit card payment for orders placed from outside of the USA (excluding US territories and military APO/FPO). All non-US credit card payments must be made using PayPal.

 

Please Note: If you attempt to place an order using billing information that does not match the cardholder information on file with your bank and the pre-authorization fails due to an address verification system (AVS) failure, it is possible that your bank will place a temporary hold on funds even though the transaction does not go through. This includes gift cards having a Visa/MasterCard logo that do not allow registration of a cardholder address. Unfortunately we have no control over this. The temporary hold will be released by your bank in the timeframe specified in your cardholder agreement. To prevent this, please be sure that the billing information provided during checkout is an exact match (name and complete address) to the card information on file with your bank.

 

PayPal

We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, electronic checks, and payments from PayPal available funds through PayPal using payment address .If you are making any type of PayPal payment, please select "PayPal Express" as your payment option at checkout.  If paying by PayPal, you will be taken to PayPal to enter your payment information and then returned to our checkout page to complete and submit your order.

Returns & Refund.

 

 

Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us at HK JEWELERS. We do all we can to make sure that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of the original order's postmark date, accompanied with its proper documentation and in its original box for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable). Exchanges and reships do not alter the date used when calculating the thirty (30) day return period.

 

Note: Our product . When you recieve these items, they will be labeled. If this label is in anyway altered, removed, or broken, a 35% restock fee will apply if returned. 

Special note on orders with special discounts:


If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the threshold that allowed you to have free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order. 

If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on a coupon used at the time of purchase, and your order is returned for a refund, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order. 

If your purchase entitled you to a free gift based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the free gift threshold , we ask that you return the gift. If you would like to keep the gift, we would charge you the value of the gift, which is stated on our free gift offer. 

If your purchase entitled you to a discount based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the discount threshold, you will be charged for the difference. 

Orders over $100 may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
